Chef Masterclass

• Miyabi Sushi – “Roll, Craft, Munch!", A Kids Sushi Class: a delightful sushi-making class designed for kids aged 5 to 12 will take place, offering participants the chance to craft their very own sushi creations. This fun, hands-on experience at Miyabi Sushi includes making a Mac N' Cheese Onigiri, Avocado Maki, and California Roll. Each child will also receive a beverage and a certificate of completion, perfect for young culinary enthusiasts looking to explore the art of sushi making. • Southpour – Coffee Masterclass: Join Southpour’s Head Roaster and Caterer’s Barista of the Year, Maverick Santos, on May 6 for an intimate coffee masterclass. For AED 150, learn about various coffee beans, their origins, and tasting notes. Participants will grind their own beans, create different coffee drinks, and even try their hand at latte art. • The Noodle House – Dim Sum Masterclass: Designed for families and dumpling lovers, this masterclass takes place on April 27 & 28, May 4 & 5, and May 11 & 12 from 3pm to 6pm. For AED 130 for adults and AED 80 for children, attendees will learn how to make their own dim sum. The class includes unlimited iced tea, noodles, and attendees will take home an apron, a bandana, and a bag filled with their homemade dumplings. Bookings can be made by calling 055 2244392.

• Caffeine Coffee Roaster – Brew it at Home Workshop: On May 4, join a brewing masterclass for AED 120 per person. This interactive workshop held from 3pm to 5pm will cover different coffee beans, taste profiles, and manual brewing techniques.
