Simply place an order with your favourite outlet, arrive to the agreed Curbside Pickup location, and receive your order safely from the comfort of your car.
How it works

Place your order
Place an order with your favourite outlet via one of their purchase processes (online, phone call, app, etc.). A outlet representative will contact you with next steps, and you’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection. -
Arrive
When you arrive to our destination, look for the agreed pickup location (please refer to the map) and contact the outlet via their preferred contact method. -
Receive order
Once you have contacted the outlet and provided your car details (brand, model, colour), your contactless pickup order will be safely delivered to your car.

What is “Curbside Pickup”?
The ‘Curbside Pickup’ service enables you to place and collect orders from your favourite retailers through a simple, contactless process.

What is the ordering process like?
You can place an order with the store of choice via one of their points of purchase (website, phone call, or the brand’s app). A store representative will be in touch about your order, the time it will be ready for collection, and from which location. Kindly note that placing orders at the destination will not be permitted. -
Where are the collection points located?
There are multiple pick-up points across City Walk, La Mer and The Beach. Upon arrival at the destination, curb side signage will direct you to the allocated pick-up point as assigned by the retailer. For a full list of pick-up points across all three destinations, please click here. -
Does this apply to all outlets? Which outlets can I order from?

From what time to what time is this service available?
The service will follow the revised timings of the destinations and will depend on which retailer you avail the service from. Please note that the timings maybe subject to change and for the complete list of timings of all participating retailers, -
Do I have to visit the outlet to collect my order?
No, the pickup points have been placed at convenient parking spots and driveways at the destination where you can collect your order from. -
Is there anyone that can help me when I arrive?
Mall security will be present for any general inquiries you may have however your point of contact will be with the outlet of choice. Furthermore, there will be signage across the destination to help guide you to your designated pick-up point. -
Where can I collect my order from?
A store representative will bring your order to your car. Please arrive on time to the instructed pick-up point and remain seated in your car to ensure that the health and safety regulations are being adhered to. -
How do I pay?
All payments must be made using cashless methods/technology. Eg: Payment cards, Mobile Payments, and if possible in advance when placing the order where applicable. -
What do I do if my order is delayed?
You can call the store directly to follow-up on your order. -
How do I know I have received the right order?
Once you arrive at the designated pick-up point, a store representative will reconfirm your order before safely placing it in your car. -
Can I return an item after purchasing it and collecting it?
As per instructions laid out by Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, return and exchange policies are now allowed, however any food and beverage related items cannot be returned. For any further instruction, kindly contact the store. -
What are the safety measures being implemented for this initiative?
All touch points are sanitised every two hours and all restaurants are currently following government rules and regulations, with inspections being done on a regular basis.
